Keitha
Lead Master Aesthetician
Keitha received her Master Aesthetician license from Spokane’s historic Glen Dow Academy and has always possessed a deep love for skincare and aesthetics. She has a profound gift for being able to connect with patients and educate them on how to properly care for and love their skin. Her favorite part of her profession is building meaningful relationships with her patients.
In her free time, Keitha enjoys playing volleyball, being outdoors with her family, and cheering on her kids at sporting events. She is passionate about skin care and the latest skin care trends.
Jamie
Master Aesthetician
While obtaining her Master Aesthetician license at Glen Dow Academy, Jamie fell in love with the intricacies of the aesthetic world. Her passion for skin health and results-driven treatments became the foundation of her career. Jamie is known for her attention to detail, personalized approach, and commitment to helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Outside of the treatment room, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, who she considers another child. She truly loves all things aesthetic and feels grateful to help her clients look and feel their best.
Lana
Licensed Massage Therapist LMT & Certified Lymphedema Therapist CLT
Lana is a Washington State–licensed massage therapist with advanced training in clinical and therapeutic bodywork. She completed her education at the American Institute of Clinical Massage and holds certification as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Lana specializes in manual lymphatic drainage, including post-operative care, and offers myofascial release cupping, Swedish massage, red light therapy, aromatherapy, and guided meditation. Her practice is rooted in evidence-based techniques and a holistic approach to supporting overall health and wellness.
Kelli
Front Desk Coordinator
Kelli is a devoted wife and mom who loves creating a warm, happy home for her family, including her dog and cat. An animal lover at heart, she values connection, wellness, and balance in everyday life. She enjoys skiing in the winter and prioritizes self-care year-round through skincare, yoga and Pilates. Kelli embraces an active, mindful lifestyle and finds joy in both outdoor adventure and peaceful moments of relaxation and personal care.
Haylee
Clinic & Spa Pavone Manager
Haylee was born and raised in the California desert near Death Valley but happily proclaims herself as a Washingtonian. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and acts as our Clinic and Spa Manager. Her favorite thing about Spa Pavone is the experience our team creates for everyone who walks through the door. Patients can rely on exceptional care from industry experts that feels intentional yet luxurious and isn’t “one size fits all”. When Haylee isn’t working as our dedicated Spa Manager, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, or boating. She loves anything that gets her connected with nature and creates space for quality time with her husband and sons.
Caylie
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Caylie is a Registered Nurse, BSN and aesthetic injector with over 4 years of injecting experience and more than a decade in the aesthetic industry. Her background as an artist shapes the way she approaches every treatment. She sees the whole patient, not just individual features. Caylie is known for clinical expertise with an artistic eye. She creates natural, balanced results that enhance your unique beauty while preserving what makes you, you.
